Cameron Winrow, clarinet
Cameron came to Great Falls in January but his journey here started when he picked up his mother’s old marching band clarinet in the fifth grade. Although always identifying as a musician, an erratic life trajectory has netted him an engineering degree, a job in an oil refinery, and most recently a master’s degree from the Jacobs School of Music with Eli Eban. He has performed with the National Repertory Orchestra, Festival Napa Valley Orchestra, and New World Symphony, as well as toured Central Europe with the UC Berkeley Symphony Orchestra. He used to buy IKEA furniture he didn't really like just to put it together. Now he browses thrift stores for perfectly mismatched tableware.
